The service in brief

The platform provides AI-assisted market scanning, trade signals and risk-management tools for crypto, forex, stock and commodity markets. It is a research and decision-support tool. It does not trade on your behalf, and it does not provide personal financial advice.

Opening an account

• Registration is free and takes around two minutes
• You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Denmark
• You must provide accurate personal details and keep them up to date
• One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing

Deposits

• The minimum deposit is DKK 1,850
• Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer
• Deposits are credited once the payment provider confirms the transaction
• Deposit limits may apply based on your verification level

Withdrawals

• You may request a withdrawal from your dashboard at any time
• Withdrawals are subject to verification checks
• Processing times vary by method and are shown in your account
• We may delay a withdrawal if fraud or misuse is suspected

Fees

There are no hidden fees. Any fees or spreads that apply to your account are shown transparently before you act. If a fee changes, we notify you in advance through the platform.

Risk acknowledgement

You acknowledge that trading crypto, forex, stocks and commodities involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. Signals are ideas based on historical data, not guarantees of future performance. The full risk disclosure is available on our Investment Risks page.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login details confidential
• Use the risk tools available to you, such as stop-loss and take-profit levels
• Never trade money you need for essential living costs
• Report any suspicious contact or suspected scam to our support team

Account closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these conditions, and will return any remaining balance subject to verification and applicable law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Havuno Weroxi ApS is not liable for losses arising from your trading decisions, market movements, service interruptions, or reliance on any signal shown on the platform.

Changes and governing law

We may update these conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated conditions. These conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Copenhagen.
